As described there, humans generate a biosignal that, when directed to optical systems, is amplified by them. The 2nd patent covers the process of converting thoughts into light radiation, which is proven to occur through thought and through concentration on Grabovoi’s works. These light rays transmit the information when controlling in the direction of NORM.
In short: this device captures people’s bright thoughts in the form of a biosignal, amplifies them immensely and returns them directly, thereby accelerating thinking in order to both overtake a problem and up to the speed of thinking , which ensures eternal life in the physical body.
